Jake "The Trail Boss" Mitchell Founder & CEO
Jake is the driving force behind IronWash. A lifelong adventure enthusiast, he spent years exploring off-road trails and discovering how tough vehicles can get when faced with mud, dirt, and the elements. Seeing the need for a car wash that could stand up to the demands of rugged vehicles, he founded IronWash in 2012.
Jake’s passion for quality service and the great outdoors keeps him at the forefront of every new project. When he’s not overseeing operations, you can find him on a trail, in the mountains, or working on his own 4x4.
Fun Fact: Jake once drove a Jeep across the Mojave Desert to test his products in the most extreme conditions.
Lily "The Shine Specialist" Cruz Head Detailer
Lily is our detailing guru, with over 8 years of experience making vehicles look brand new, no matter how much dirt they've encountered. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she takes pride in giving every vehicle that “wow” factor.
Lily loves working with customers to get their cars looking pristine, whether it’s a classic truck or a high-performance sports car. Outside of work, you’ll find her restoring vintage motorcycles or hiking with her dog.
Fun Fact: Lily once restored an old Land Rover, bringing it back to life with a custom detailing touch.
Mark "The Mechanic" Williams Operations Manager
Mark ensures everything runs smoothly at IronWash. With a background in automotive mechanics, he’s the expert when it comes to understanding what makes vehicles tick—and what they need to stay in peak condition. Mark oversees daily operations and ensures the quality of service at every location. When he's not keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine, he’s tinkering with custom engines or taking weekend road trips in his muscle car.
Fun Fact: Mark built his own hot rod from the ground up, and it’s still his pride and joy.
Sarah "The Eco Warrior" Greene Customer Service Lead
Sarah brings a refreshing energy to the team, helping customers feel like part of the IronWash family. With a background in sustainable business practices, she’s passionate about eco-friendly cleaning methods that protect the environment while delivering the best results. Sarah is your go-to for any inquiries about services, memberships, or general tips on keeping your car in top shape. When she’s off the clock, Sarah loves kayaking, rock climbing, and exploring new trails on her mountain bike.
Fun Fact: Sarah once completed a cross-country road trip to raise awareness for eco-friendly car care products.
Tyler "The Techie" Reed Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Tyler is the mastermind behind all things digital at IronWash. With a background in graphic design and digital marketing, he brings IronWash’s rugged brand to life online. Tyler crafts social media campaigns, designs promotional materials, and ensures our customers stay connected with everything happening at IronWash. A true tech enthusiast, he’s always exploring new tools to improve the customer experience. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys off-roading, drone photography, and building tech gadgets.
Fun Fact: Tyler once used his drone to capture a time-lapse video of a car wash session, and it went viral.
